"We stumbled across Strays Without Borders on Facebook and we were instantly drawn to Marlie. We had been looking to adopt a dog for a while and we just knew Marlie would fit into our little family well.
Marlie was brought over to the UK from Macedonia having been luckily saved by a member of Strays Without Borders from being hit by a car. It's hard to think about it now as we couldn't imagine life without her. She brings us so much joy everyday, she's so loving and has that mischievous puppy side that we can't help but adore. She's learnt so much in the past month and we are so proud of her. She takes everything in her stride and is gaining confidence day by day. Everyone she meets comments on how well behaved and gorgeous she is and we couldn't agree more.
We cannot thank Strays Without Borders enough for all they have done for us. Their communication and advice has been brilliant, from our house call to her journey over to the UK. We were also set up with a group chat to give us the opportunity to communicate with other adopters and seeing pictures and videos of their dogs enjoying their homes has been amazing.
If anyone was looking to adopt we couldn't recommend Strays Without Borders enough. The care they give the dogs before finding their forever home is above and beyond. We are so thankful to them and we can't wait for the many happy years we will have with Marlie!"
