"Snezana has been a true diamond in helping us to get Elsie over to our home in the UK. So competent, organised and helpful. She was available to help with all my fears and worries and is so knowledgeable about dogs and the care they need. We are over the moon with Elsie and how well she is settling, I never dreamed I would have such a perfect family dog. We were prepared for a hard time, but after training and patience intensively for a week she is coming on so well. She reminds me of my lovely childhood rescue dog and is bringing a lot of joy to our family. Even our rescue cats are tolerating her with lots of advice from Snezana.
