"I adopted Bianca from Snezana 5 weeks ago. I saw her profile on Facebook as I was looking for a small Labrador type dog to adopt. I couldn’t find a dog for adoption in the UK that appealed to me - they were mainly Staffies and lurcher cross types.

The process from contacting Snezana to collecting Bianca was quite straightforward. Stephanie did the home check, then we only had to wait a few weeks before we collected Bianca to bring her home. Snezana FaceTimed me one Sunday afternoon to show me Bianca in her kennels in Macedonia. From then on we were kept well informed every step of the way.

The WhatsApp group set up for all the adoptive ‘parents’ was fantastic and so supportive. Bianca has settled in with us so well. She was obviously well looked after by Snezana previously. I was impressed with fact the dogs were neutered, vaccinated and microchipped etc before they left Eastern Europe. The cost to ship the dogs over was very reasonable and acceptable. The transport company carried a veterinary nurse on the journey from Macedonia to the UK which was massively reassuring as all of us ‘parents’ were highly anxious about our fur babies welfare on the arduous journey. I could not fault the kennels from where we collected Bianca from. She was well looked after every step of the way.

She’s an amazing dog and I can’t thank the whole team enough for making the whole process as quick, stress free and easy as possible. Bianca is now in her forever home with us, loved, safe and cared for. Many thanks."
