Toby is very sweet, but fears men since he has been beaten a lot and chased away. Because of this he will need an experienced adopter. He is amazing with people he trusts, and not bothered on walks from strangers, but if they try to approach him he can get scared and defensive. He is blind in one eye from an old injury most likely from being beaten.

He is not a difficult dog, but just doesn't trust everyone. He's great with other dogs.
